Painting of steel structures is an integral part of our offer. Depending on the requirements, we are able to perform both primer and topcoat painting on site. This is possible thanks to our modern hall built in Bukowno in 2016. A booth-dryer holding an element with maximum dimensions of 25 x 4 x 4 metres is at the heart of the paint shop. Painting of steel structures has anti-corrosion protection function, and improves aesthetics and functionality. We use polyurethane and epoxy paints for painting in line with the requirements of EN ISO 12944 and EN ISO 8501-1. Paints are chosen on an individual basis, according to the customer’s needs.
In order to provide the highest quality services, we use the duplex system (double corrosion protection).
The first step is hot-dip galvanising which protects the sub-surface against corrosion. The next step is a coat of paint on the galvanised surface to protect it against harmful weather conditions. The system extends the durability of zinc coating even up to 100 years.
Depending on the product range, the monthly output is around 30,000 square metres of painted structures.
